Ingredients: 

Shea butter, beeswax, black pepper oil, arnica oil, marjoram oil, cypress oil, juniper berry oil, menthol oil, camphor oil, ginger oil.

Use:

Apply a small amount to sore muscles and joints. Massage in until absorbed.
