We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied:
- Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Non-returnable: Due to the personal nature of skincare, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: Offered only for defective or damaged items.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
